Will the same device work in a car, bike or truck?
Yes. The same ROXXGPS device supports cars, bikes, scooters, taxis, buses and trucks. The installation location differs by vehicle.
Is installation free?
Free professional installation is included with the ₹9,999 Premium Plan purchased from the official website, subject to serviceability. Installation for other plans and marketplace purchases may be chargeable.
Can I return an installed or activated GPS?
Yes. Under our 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee, orders placed directly on shop.roxxgps.in can be returned within 100 days of delivery — even if the device has been installed and used — for a refund of the amount paid minus a flat ₹650 (SIM activation/recharge and return courier). The device must be working and free from physical damage. A device received defective is inspected separately under the replacement policy. See the full refund policy.
How long does a warranty replacement take?
After the returned device is received and inspected, verified replacement processing normally takes approximately 15–30 days.
Can I cancel an order?
Cancellation can be requested within two days of ordering, provided the order has not shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
